MORNING

 
8:00am All Groups will be transferred to Westin Puerto Vallarta Resort & SPA for a special “Healthy Breakfast”, followed by an interesting site of the property.
10:15am – 10:30pm Jeeps for all our participants will be waiting to be driven to the skirts of the Sierra Madre, where we will visit one of the Rural Schools of the area and we will  participate in our Community Project, “Give a Day Back with a big smile”
Note: All the jeeps are stick shift. Please sign up if you would like to drive one today.
 
11:00am – 1:00pm Arrival to a Rural School. Learn how to prepare “compost” to keep plants, flowers and trees healthy, green and beautiful. We will help this town to make one of its rural schools to look, nicer and teach the kids the procedure to plant some trees and to keep them green and healthy all year around.
 

1:15pm – 1:45pm

A countryside ride on board the jeeps will lead us to Rancho Capomo where we will have a delicious Mexican lunch.

3:30pm – 4:30pm

Transfers back to host hotels.
4:30pm – 7:00pm Leisure time
EVENING: Dress Code:  Casual Resort, Please wear green clothing. No t-shirts or shorts please, wear comfortable shoes.
7:00pm – 7:30pm Transportation from the host hotels to “Terranoble” a unique venue nestled into the mountains, with a magnificent view of Bandera’s Bay.

7:30pm – 8:00pm
Welcome cocktail
8:00pm –10:30pm The most famous Restaurants in Puerto Vallarta have prepared a special Green Night to enjoy the magical ambiance up in this hidden paradise nested at the Sierra Madre Mountains Tonight’s menu is created by the Owner and famous Chef Thierry Blouet.
   
  Blouet Group: Café Des Artistes Bistro Gourmet, Thierry Blouet Author’s Cuisine, Café Des Artistes del Mar, Thierry’s Prime Steak House.

Leisure time. You are invited to enjoy the facilities at your host hotels and relax to continue with the fun tonight.

EVENING Dress Code:  Elegant Resort wear, no t-shirts, shorts, or flip flops
6:30pm – 7:00pm Transportation from the host hotels to the heart of Puerto Vallarta, the most charming Mexican Town
7:00pm – 7:30pm A spectacular Pacific Sunset will frame this night, with an exotic drink of Tequila, specially prepared for you at one of the newest Restaurants in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
7:30pm –10:00pm

Enjoy the creative culinary power of Mexican cuisine at one of the top restaurants in town where the Gourmet Festival is held every November.

7:00am – 8:00am A  continental breakfast station will be set at the main host hotels lobby. Enjoy a cup of delicious Mexican coffee and sweet rolls.  Be prepared for a 45 minute ride.
8:00am – 9:00am Transportation to ST. Regis Punta Mita Hotel for site inspection.
9:00am – 10:00am

ST. Regis Punta Mita Hotel site

10:00am – 10:30am Site inspection to the new Café Des Artistes Del Mar, the best option for an off site functions for your groups staying at this area.
10:45am – 11:00am

Transportation to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita
11:00am – 1:00pm

Site and Brunch at the Resort.
We need to follow visitor’s rules. If you need to take special clothing for your selected activity after the site, please take it with you and leave it on board the Vans.
                                                                             
Visitors dress code and rules:
 For men: shorts, polo shirt and footwear
  For ladies: casual elegant resort wear,
 Bathing suits, tank tops or sport shorts are not permitted.
In order to respect the privacy of the Guests, visitors will not be allowed to circulate freely throughout the Resort, particularly around the pool and in areas where guest rooms are located. Additionally, taking pictures of guests is forbidden.
1:00pm – 5:30pm

Enjoy some of the best and exciting activities available in Puerto Vallarta:

  • Canopy Adventure

Departs Four Seasons at 1:00p.m. EAT at
your hotel at 5:30pm Deli lunch will be offered at the Canopy area at the end of the tour. 

  • City and Shopping Tour

Departs Four Seasons at 1:00pm EAT at your hotel at 5:00pm. Lunch will be offered at a Mexican restaurant downtown.

  • Sail & Snorkeling Tour

Departs Four Seasons at  1:00 p.m. EAT at your hotel at 4:30 pm. Deli lunch will be offered on board the sail boat.

  • Swim with Dolphins

Departs Four Seasons at  1:00 p.m.  EAT at your hotel at 3:30 pm. Deli lunch will be offered at the Dolphin Center after the tour

Please we strongly suggest to sign up in advance for the activity you would like to participate in today.
