I cannot thank you enough for your tremendous effort into putting this trip together! Bless your heart, you went WAY beyond our expectations!  I will remember you as the senorita in the pig tails with white ribbons (from our final night dinner).  You are too cute!  
Yesterday, I sent a new group lead to a couple hotels in Cancun, so am pleased to say the hotels already see a return on their investment in hosting us!

Hope this finds you well and recovered from a fabulous program sponsored by Tropical Incentives.
First and foremost, I can’t thank you enough for everything you and the Tropical staff did in making both Gary and I feel welcomed in Cancun and what a spectacular job in providing plenty of information on the destination as well.  I truly believe though we both came home exhausted, we really have a great feeling for TROPICAL and will use no one else, as well as we have a better understanding of Cancun and the new identity Cancun is striving for.
The final night was a wonderful experience and I am proud I was able to share it with all of you.  WOW!

It was such a pleasure to finally meet you. I had such a great time and I am so pleased that I was able to attend. Thank you again for your gracious hospitality!

I feel that I have come away with a completely new perspective of Cancun. The area has grown up!  It's hip, it's swanky - there are great restaurants and my former impression of t-shirt shops and college bars is replaced with the new Cancun......what a difference!   There is definitely something for everyone and I will need to reference my notes in order to keep everything straight. The Riviera Maya is up and coming and I can see many possibilities for our groups in this location as well.  Your team did a wonderful job and I appreciate everything you did to create such a memorable stay for us.   I look forward to promoting your services to our team!  Awesome!!!!
